Javier is a founding member of Haya Capital and his professional career has focused on advising on M & A operations and managing investments in financial markets and private equity projects.

Before joining Haya Capital he worked at Deutsche Bank (M & A) and Grupo HypoVereinsbank (IIC management). In addition, Javier is a professor at IE Business School in the areas of Private Equity and Structured Financing and a member of the Board of Directors of First Workplaces.

He has a degree in CC. Economics and Business Administration by the UCM, MBA by the IE Business School, Master in Structured Financing and Venture Capital by the IE Business School, Master in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking by the IEB and entitled CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst).
