Before joining Haya Capital, he worked at Deutsche Bank (M&A) and HypoVereinsbank Group (Portfolio Management). In addition, Javier is a professor at IE Business School in the areas of M&A, Private Equity and Structured Finance
He holds a BA in Business Administration by the UCM, Professional MBA by the IE Business School, Master in Structured Finance and Private Equity by the IE Business School, Master in Corporate Finance by the IEB and entitled CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst)
Javier is a founding partner of Haya Capital and has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking. He has participated in more than 70 projects of financial advice and acquisition of new resources
Before joining Haya Capital, he worked at MG Valores, Privat Bank, Grupo HypoVereinsbank (IIC management) and ONEtoONE Capital Partners
He has a degree in CC. Economics and Business Administration from the European University of Madrid, MBA from IE Business School and CEFA (Cerfified European Financial Analyst) from the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts (IEAF)

Before joining Haya Capital, he worked in business consulting and corporate finance projects at IBM, Grupo Unión Fenosa, Kearney and The Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
In addition, Antonio is a professor of Business Valuation at ESIC Business School and a member of the Advisory Board of companies in various sectors
He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from Insead (Fontainebleau)
